Americana recording artist, Doug Spartz has put his national charting recordings into a captivating live performance, which features the veteran singer/songwriter at his best, telling a story in a song. This Branson-styled show embraces Doug’s early rock and roll roots, along with his bluegrass, country and blues influences. Joining him onstage is one of the top female vocalists from Minneapolis, Dawnl McArthur, who started out her career as one of Branson’s Country Tonight’s featured performers.

November 19, 2011- Downtown Baraboo Christmas Light Parade- WRPQ AM & FM/TV43. 6-7pm, See whimsical, brightly-lit parade floats, marching bands and more, then join Santa for the tree lighting ceremony and visit with Santa at the Al Ringling Theatre after the parade! The parade circles the downtown business district starting at the corner of Birch and Third Avenue and ending at the Al Ringling Theatre.

November 26-27, 2011- Santa Express, Celebrate the holiday season in a uniquely festive way aboard the 18th Annual Santa Express. Santa will visit as you take in the spirit of Christmas past on our 1900’s adventure. All cars are kept comfortably warm using the 100-year-old tradition of steam heating or coal-fired stoves, just like the North Pole.
