MIDAS Reedsburg Flea Market Vendor Information and Rules:

Set-up is at 6AM (NO early set-ups allowed!)

There is NO overnight parking at the lot or on the streets around the flea market.

NO refunds will be given once you have paid your rental fee. (No rain refunds)

wisconsin-attractions-best-flea-marketsSellers must vacate the flea market area by 4PM. All sellers are responsible for cleaning up their own trash and removing all boxes and packing materials from the area.

The Flea Market will NOT supply tables, tents or electricity. All portable tents must be weighed down.

ABSOLUTELY NO STAKES CAN BE DRIVEN INTO THE ASPHALT.

You may buy, sell or trade anything EXCEPT NO sandwiches, prepared meals, popcorn, sno-cones, soft drinks/soda/other beverages to be consumed on flea market grounds. ALL SELLING RIGHTS RESERVED.

NO alcoholic beverages, animals, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, tobacco, ‘adult’ materials or other commodities prohibited by law. It is agreed that any other matters not expressly provided in this agreement will be at the sole discretion of the Midas Flea Market owners.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE for theft, damage or injury occurring at the MIDAS Flea Market.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES may be sold or consumed on the grounds. Violators will be asked to leave. NO dogs or pets are allowed at the Flea Market.

The MIDAS Flea Market is NOT responsible for parking tickets. Be sure you are legally parked at all times!
